Exchange & Return Policy
First of all, Customer satisfaction regarding the quality of our products and the functionality of the Website for online purchases is a priority for us.
However, if there is any situation and the Customer wishes to exchange or return a "cute but will fight" product, simply send an email to cutebutwillfightstore@gmail.com, mentioning the order number and also the reasons for the return or exchange.
Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, the Customer may exercise their right to free resolution, within a period of 14 days, with the right to a refund of the value of the goods, under the legally stipulated terms.
The Customer must also send the necessary details (address, email address or telephone number) so that they can be contacted, if necessary.
We also recommend that the Customer takes and sends us photos of the product and packaging in question, so that we can confirm the situation.
The Customer may do so freely, as long as it is returned in the original packaging and in the same conditions in which it was sold.
In this case, the items must be returned or delivered by the Customer without undue delay and at the latest within 10 days from the day on which he informs "cute but will fight" of the free termination of the contract.
The customer will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Only the value of the product will be credited. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
If any of the products are returned damaged or if the return is lost, we reserve the right to charge the Customer for the return or not to refund any amount.
Any refund, when due, will be made using the same payment method as the order.
The Customer will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.

Exception to the Right of Free Resolution
The Customer cannot freely terminate the contract if they have unsealed the products, making them ineligible for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene when opened after delivery.
Consumer Protection
The rules set out in Law no. 47/2014, of 28 July, on certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods and related guarantees apply to Users.
The aforementioned legal guarantee does not cover defects resulting from misuse of the goods by the Customer or the intervention of third parties.
Applicable Legislation and Competent Jurisdiction
All purchases made on the Website are subject to Portuguese legislation.
